Dealerships near me (Marysville, OH)

It was great, staff very friendly and helpful.

Still looking at the car.

The MDX model was not suitable for our needs. Marley was non-pressure and helpful. In fact she's working on finding us another vehicle suitable to our needs

This is one of the worst car dealerships out there. They totally wasted my time. After spending days working out deal and finally reached an agreement. I sent car to dealer to get a PPI done since I'm buying vehicle out of state. The minute the vehicle was dropped at dealer I started getting rushed to sigh paperwork as if I was the one inspecting vehicle. Once I received word back from dealer car was good but missing spare tire and all hardware to go with it. I reached out to dealer to see if they would replace to kindly declined ok no problem I can get them at a later time. They sent over contract I reviewed and started signing. There were a total of 6 contracts to sign I had 2 left to complete when I reached an error and called finance manager to get corrected. While I was on the phone with the finance manager (Sean) correcting errors Ted (Sales Rep) came running in asking me to stop car has been sold to someone else. Very unprofessional company go read google reviews first.

Will did an awesome job. I live in NY and had to have the car shipped to my house, Will made process easy and stress free. Great job and thank you

The coughlin team was very helpful throughout the process !! Great team! Hayden and Tate !!

The vehicle in my opinion has a poor maintenance history, and some type of electrical problem as it keeps draining the battery. This is why I passed on my efforts to buy it at that price with so many unknown issues.

I enjoyed my experience with Cap City Customs. Brad was very helpful, cooperative, friendly, and honest. He made the sale with my new vehicle smooth and especially with it being a long distance sale.

Cliff very responsive and helpful. Still hope to make a deal.

Mark was very helpful and upfront and honest. No pressure to buy was imposed at any time. Mark explained things to me in a way that was understandable. Unfortunately, the 2019 Camaro that I was interested in was purchased by another customer.
