Avoid this dealership at all costs. The sales manager, Albert, was rude and very disrespectfully. He refused to honor an internet price of 14725 that I was assured would be accepted and maybe even better when I got there. He insisted on the sticker price of 16500 He also lowballed me at 4000 on my 2016 Nissan Maxima trade value. I was appraised and offered $6100 at a local dealership, but their truck was priced a bit higher than my budget allowed. All in all, between the higher price and the low trade value, he was robbing me of 4000.00. He refused to get my keys so I could leave and told me and my wife we will sit there until he was done talking. I informed their customer service about my experience with him and they apparently don’t care as nobody bothered to reach out to me about it. If this review saves even one person from that type of humiliation, then I’ve done my job. Avoid this dealership and look elsewhere. Even a buy here pay here will treat you better.

I found a Beautiful Canyon , Credit was definitely an issue as I'm rebuilding now , Ali got me a great Interest rate , lowered the price , No mark ups , After working hard . And some juggling on both ends , I drove her home Today 5 star operation Mr Ali is the Best !!

Nice overall crew experience. Everybody aware of our presence and concerned how we were doing. No pushy dealer in our faces. A nice test ride and a purchase.Simple as that.Thumbs up!

I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I drove an hour and a half with my daughter and spent several hours negotiating what I thought was a fair price. Later, I realized the $200 deduction for the damaged steering wheel cover was never applied, and about a week after the sale I discovered the car needed all new tires. During signing, I was told the car would receive a fresh detail, but when I got in, it was clear no cleaning had been done. I was exhausted from the long day and still had a long drive home, so I didn’t have the energy to insist they fix it. While I take responsibility for not catching everything, a trustworthy dealership should disclose issues upfront—especially safety-related ones. This experience left me feeling taken advantage of, and I will not be recommending this dealership to family or friends.
