Did the whole buying process through text messaging. Emailed about availability and went from there. Was contacted by the auto loan lender, gave information, was sent documents via email, signed digitally. Got to the dealer to pick it up, signed 4 papers and was out within 10 minutes. Would definitely buy from them again.

Shady salesman, and not honest about the financing process. The sales person also tried to tell me that Chevy was not doing verification on used vehicles anymore. Which is not true.

Arrived at the dealership on a Saturday afternoon. Although the dealership was scheduled to close in less than 3hrs and I had forgotten the title to my trade, we made the deal and I was able to drive my new car home that day. Fastest process ive ever experienced. My Salesman Daniel was great.

Their service was impeccable but I bought elsewhere.

Absolutely a waste of time dealing with Maguire Ford. Reached out multiple times inquiring about a new vehicle for sale. Spoke with 2 different sales reps over a 4 day period, neither rep would provide me with the information requested, "I'm working on it and will get right back to you", zero follow thru and zero call backs. Finally called again and got a helpful rep who looked for the vehicle and called promptly back to let me the know the vehicle just sold. Thankfully I didn't waste my time and drive down there. Unprofessional and zero customer service from the sales department. Shop elsewhere.

Ultimately the car was fresh enough that it had not been through the dealers inspection process. As soon as this is done, I plan to purchase it.
