Dealerships near me (Loomis, CA)

This was the first car I looked at , and actually is a great deal. They were persistent to deal with me, but I don’t like the rear end styling.

Told me the car is available and then sold car to another customer without informing me. I was completely in the dark. Worse dealer.

Inquired about the vehicle with a salesman named Paul. He didn't seem that interested in selling the car. Was very short with his answers,and didn't try to help with finances, your add plainly States it's available.

My salesmen was wonderful, very helpful and I felt as if he really wanted to help find me a car. I would definitely tell my friends about him. I wasn't a big fan of the finance department. I called to ask a question, still havent gotten a call back.

They were unwilling to negotiate even with the vehicle having some minor damage… salesman was really professional but no movement with a vehicle with damage is hard to work with.

I was working with yaro the Internet manager. While he tried to reply to every emails in a friendly manner" by saying I hope your having a great day" I had to call him because he wouldn't answer my specific questions in the emails. Then when I called he put me on hold. Then never return and said the salesman we were working with "Boris " would give me a call back. It's been a week since we looked at the vehicle and no call back or email communication from him or anyone else. Poor communication and customer service from this dealership. Would have liked to buy the car.

They were nice and good people a lot more friendly and respectful and understanding at the mean and the good thing about them that they were able to negotiate with me on the price and as far as i know most of other dealers don’t negotiate on the prices which was something really special about them and overall i am so happy from my purchase and doing business with them there and i will always support and recommend them to other people too.
