Right when I walked thru the sales floor door- I was immediately welcomed by a friendly salesman (Carter) who was more than happy to assist me with any questions/concerns regarding their certified, pre-owned vehicles. He was very professional, easy going and extremely knowledgeable. As it turns out, he became my advocate and go to salesman to assist me in obtaining the exact car I was looking for. He made the entire process easy by explaining everything in plain English … so to speak! The entire experience was wonderful. I picked up my vehicle on Friday and before leaving the lot, Carter again answered every additional question I had come up with and walked me through some the newest technology features and even helped me sink together my cell phone to the car’s dashboard. He thanked me again for the opportunity to assist me and thank me for the purchase on behalf of the dealership. Thank you so much Carter!
