l like the guys. Seems like an honest place. Car ended up being sold before I could get an offer in. But I wouldn't hesitate to shop with them.

The car was sold before I got there and they did not inform me of another vehicle in that price range

They never stopped calling and emailing me after I told them i wasn"t interested in the car any more it was a bad expierence.

Having purchased maybe 20 cars for personal and business in my life so far, I can honestly say that Tri-County Lexus was the worst dealership that I have ever worked with. Initial purchase was fine, but like so many other reviewers have stated, the follow up is a disaster. I would never purchase a car from these guys again. So disorganized, no plates, still no key I was promised, and being bounced from place to place. They own the Toyota dealership across the highway and don't seem to understand why people would rather buy a Lexus. If you speak to a manager like I did, follow up calls result in surly responses from the phone receptionists. They will also tell you different stories talking themselves into confusion with their own lies. Glad I called from my offices recorded line! Stay away from these guys. They are a joke.

Like any other car dealership stuff are nice, but they have to many hidden fees, for a car that's under 15k. Which is kind of an ok price. They have high dealership fees, and Doc fees about 3k between those 2 plus they want to sell you a warranty even if you don't want it. They lied about helping with financing. Yes, credit score might not be good but but that doesn't give them the right to abuse with those hidden fees. I'm glad I didn't fall for it. I'm sure this is the reason the car hasn't been sold for over 3 months.

Called about the e-golf. The charging port was not functional so I couldn’t drive it. I asked when and he didn’t know. I called back 3 week later and nothing had been done.
