Truck had a misfire and 4wd light was on. Tires had excessive wear for 13,000miles and it was tinted. The dealer said nothing was wrong

Do not use this dealer Very unprofessional , I’ve ask them to provide me paperwork for parts on a vehicle that I had a deposit on that they had and they never did Talking to the sales man and manager at the same time and when I asking questions about the vehicle I had a deposit in they seemed very hesitant to answer and they both kinda just each other and it kinda seems like they fabricated a story around this car After talking the vehicle down on price I was on my way to sign the paperwork and take the vehicle home on the loan they put a bunch of unnecessary fees (hidden ) once ask for a itemized list of all the fees once, on top of that they told me the Truck was fine and I took it for a 25-30 test drive shift perfectly everything seemed normal On my way to get the truck he randomly sent my deposit back and And stopped answering the phone

Anthony De los Santos was very experienced, Knowledgeable, helpful and very polite. He was posed, as well as patient. The office, showroom and the premises was immaculate and the staff was very cordial and friendly. I certainly would recommend this sales rep and this dealer ship to family as well as friends.
