I found this car that was posted and exactly what I wanted and it ended up being the completely wrong pictures for the price and when trying to find a similar one I told them to let me know what deal could be done for the inconvenience and I got no reply. So I took my business elsewhere and am going to get my car Saturday from a different dealership. I was willing to drive 6 hours to get this car and then they decided to stop responding. Very unprofessional, and disrespectful.

If you contact them they put you on a subscription to their sales persons email. You think they are being persistent but in fact when you keep getting the same email over and over even after complaining then you notice in small print on the bottom say to unsubscribe go here! Cara was the sales person whose name was in the emails. Can you imagine what the contract small print might say!

Mel went above and beyond to get my business, Mel had the whole plane laid out for me, but I hesitated and the car was gone, that's business. we are still talking to find a perfect fit for me, check out Grapevine ford, Ask for Mel, there lucky to have someone very dedicated to his job and customers

The worse dealership that I have ever experienced. I contacted this dealership 3 times through its own website, plus through carfax, cargurus, cars.com and autotrader. No one ever contacted me back.
