Land Rover dealerships near me (Huntington Beach, CA)

The dealership is good and staff are friendly, but unfortunately The price of the vehicle I wanted to buy was high (beyond market prices) also the Sales Manager didn’t have the elasticity to co-operate with customer to bring down the monthly payments to suit customers financially. I request to reconsider the sales prices as well as the monthly payments.

i called about a car and Victoria confirmed it was ready for a test drive. i received another call and another text to confirm, which i confirmed, and drove all the way over there. i checked in and said why i was there, was left to wait, and then Victoria said the car was sold “off the line” this morning (it was 2pm now, and i had received numerous calls/texts to confirm after 12pm) she then offered to show me other cars. when i said i wasn’t interested she offered me a pastry. i honestly laughed at her cavalier attitude and couldn’t believe she thought i would give her a commission.

Great experience. I’m so happy I tried so hard not to buy it but the deal and the customer service was a 10 all the way. Thank you so much. I love everything from the minute I arrived at the dealership to the end.

Land Rover South Bay dealership did really an excellent job in both selling and trade-in the cars transactions.

Darryl deliberately tried hiding the warranty information. Would not answer any questions directly and would smirk instead. Definitely not a pleasant interaction. Waste of time going there.

Clearly not their primary business, selling older model used versions of their brand but I was counting on the dependability of working with the actual Jag/RR dealership nearest to me (we had purchased from them previously). This is a very specific car search for XJs. Initial communication was fantastic, the salesperson super congenial, even sent the carfax without my request. It was late on a Fri afternoon and would not able to visit the dealership until early the following week. I offered to put down some $$ to hold the car until I could see it, was told they'd let me know if that was an option and mentioned that there hadn't been any interest in the vehicle. We did agree on a heads up if anyone did show interest. Was told to text if I had any further questions or to notify when I might be able to come to take a look in person. Got it, seemed like a plan. Ultimately upon following up, complete radio silence only to receive a carguru notice that the car had been sold. Ah well, bummer
