David, the sales rep caught us at the door. We said we were referred to Tom K the online sales Man. He said it was Ok and he’d help us out. However, He Did not know anything about the vehicle but just kept asking, “OK so you want to buy this? He was not listening to our concerns or questions. He had hos manager come over and he at least admitted he didn’t know about the car but couldn’t budge on the price as they are already very competitive. The car had been on there lot for 70 days, I guess they didn’t need a sale that bad or they would have worked with us a little more.

Left work early to take my daughter to look at a Toyota Camry they advertised as being in no accidents. Look at the vehicle the front bumper is destroyed, major scratches, scuff marks, huge dent in the drivers side of the bumper, severe scratches all down the drivers side of the car as if it had side swiped another vehicle. Wasted PTO time, gas and money and was told it was being sold as is and they would not replace the bumper. We left immediately. Would not go back to look at another car. False advertising!!!

Was a nice experience and briefly looked at a vehicle of my liking and staff was very friendly all around but haven’t gotten any follow ups regarding my inquiry.

Kaylee was actually fantastic at following up and answering all the questions we had. As soon as we were given sales associate Steve it went downhill. Had a passive attitude from the start and when asked about putting a deposit before driving 4 hours, he began to rattle off all the mandatory fees, price reflected is only after $2k down, $3k “reconditioning” fee, doc fee, govt fee etc etc. add taxes in and we were almost $10,000 over the sales price. Told me “were not forcing you to buy it” when questioned about the fees. No wonder it been on the dealer lot for 200 days. Beware of the hidden fees. We quickly decided to buy elsewhere.
