This lifted truck’s steering wheel was shaking horribly. We bought the truck and left it 3 days so they could check the wheels to make sure they were balanced because they had just replaced the tires. We also asked that the truck be cleaned as it was pretty dirty. We were told the wheels were fine and the shaking was just part of the lifted truck with the large tires. The truck was also not cleaned. We immediately took the truck after we picked it up to our local shop. There were no weights on the tires at all. If they didn’t want to do the work to make the truck right, they should have said so and not just lie about it.
