Kia dealerships near me (Ottawa, IL)

Great! I ended up finding a vehicle that fit my needs better elsewhere but they were fair and up front.

Came for a test drive. Never saw the car let alone drive it. Waited an hour and a half and walked out.

This dealership contacted me immediately and I was able to schedule an appointment. They called me the day of to inform me that the car was still available and that they would be waiting for me at the appointed time. Upon arrival they were able to meet with me immediately and everything went very smooth. They had the car ready and parked out front to go on an immediate test drive. They took my car keys to evaluate my trade in during the same time. When we got back they had pricing for my trade in as well as all the taxes and fees ready. The entire process was smooth. Communication was spotty. Sales people don’t know anything about Chevy (as expected, it’s Kia dealership). Price is dropping like a stone online but they are not flexible on the price or fees in person. Sales manager threw us out in the middle of negotiating. Terrible waste of time.

Jakub and Alex were a great help. Answered every question i asked. In and out in 2 hours with a new car.
