They were helpful, but I decided to buy a new Lexus locally.

Responsive and easy going personnel. I purchased my vehicle the day I test drove it.

It was a waste of my time. They said the car was available and when I got there they played games with me having me wait and showed me other cars saying they had to dig the car I came to see out of the snow. In the meantime, they supposedly negotiated a deal with someone else for the car. The salesman then said that if I wanted to offer more for the car perhaps it would still be available for me. Bad business practice.

Reached out through CarGurus interested in this vehicle. One person immediately scheduled an appointment for me to see it. Another person then contacted me and told me it was in the shop and I might not be able to see it during that scheduled time and had no ETA of when it would be done in the shop. So I was left waiting and given no other option after asking for a status update multiple time. Only to then be updated that someone else had reached out and decided to move forward with the car and that it wouldn’t be available to me unless that person fell through. I was very interested in purchasing the car but they didn’t make me aware that I could apply for financing and that would mean the car would be mine if I wanted it. Then I asked if they put a deposit down on it and they said no they don’t take deposits. I wasn’t even made aware that there was any way to move forward and then just got told the car was basically gone. Not happy with the costumer service they provided. Beware!

Overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience at Kia of Englewood.

Jack Daniels Kia in Paramus advertised a 2025 Kia Carnival with 4165 miles for $38,630 and their sales associate assured me several times before I drove an hour to meet him at the dealership that the car was available. When we got to the dealership to look at the car--and buy it--we had to wait almost an hour for the sales associate to return from an errand. Again, when we met him there, he reassured us THREE TIMES that the car was ready and waiting to be inspected, but then he left us sitting at his desk multiple times for about 1/2 hour before he finally returned to tell us that he had good news and bad news. The bad news was that (guess what) the car actually WASN'T available for purchase (someone had failed to make a note of that on the computer screen he kept wanting to show me) , but no worries, they did have another one--2 years older and with over 20,000 miles.
