Their practices and/or tactics will certainly have to change. While in the middle of negotiating for a used car, another salesmen stepped in and requested the keys to do a test drive for another potential buyer. How does one expect to close a deal while the vehicle in question is being driven by another individual? Highly inappropriate, total lack of etiquette. I wish them the best.

Overall top notch experience. While some fees are higher than other dealers the out the door price for the used 2022 Mazda 3 Premium I purchased was great. The sales manager and especially the salesman that I dealt with Ivan, where excellent. Ivan is the kind of car salesmen that you hope to deal with, not pushy, knowledgeable, quick to respond to questions. Basically opposite of the old car salesman stereotype. Highly recommend Sansone Mazda and especially Ivan.

EVERYONE at the dealership was friendly & helpful...our car buying process was a breeze and we will most definitely look to them again, the next time we are in need of a vehicle! :)

Kept calling after I explained I was looking for something else. Ran my credit 3 times for some reason. Not very happy with experience at all.
