The communication prior to visiting was not consistent. I was contacted by different staff members who gave varying answers that conflicted with each other. For example, one staff memeber initially reached out to me but then never called me back with info. When i called, another staff member said they couldnt discuss or negotiate any pricing over the phone but only in-person. Then a manager called back and negotiated a price that seemed reasonable and offered to send me a video tutorial of the vehicle. So i scheduled a test drive. I was never sent the video tutorial. When I got there the salesman Andrew was very kind and welcoming. It was odd that he had to come along on the test drive but that was fine. My daughter loved the vehicle since it was for her. When it came down to negotiating, they refused to come down to meet my pricing even though it was a few hundred off. I explained i would pay cash for the vehicle but the financing manager did not want to work with us at all.

Declan (Sales Manager), Art from Sales, Finance Manager Brian, and the General Manager made this the best car-buying experience I’ve had in the last 25 years. They were professional, honest, transparent, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire purchase process. They took the time to answer all my questions and made everything clear and straightforward, with no pressure or surprises. If I buy another car in the future, this is the dealership I’ll be coming back to. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an outstanding car-buying experience.

Easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Great communication, upfront and very fair pricing with no surprises when you get in the financing office. The car was exactly what I wanted and was basically brand new. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to my loved ones.

I did not like being called by a saleswoman who I has never met or talked to,telling me that she saw I was looking at a certain car on her website. How she obtained my phone number creeps me out. So I do not like these type of sales tactics.
