"They will reply to you before the day is over. Second, I was contacted by one of the Salesperson (girl) and made an appointment to see the car. I told her I can be there in an hour or two. When I get there ask for her. An hour later I made it down to the dealership and a next salesman directed me to his section. I’m trying to tell him I have an appointment with the girl salesperson and he refuses to listen to me. Now I’m telling him about the car I am here to see and he replied, “ That car is already sold.” Like how does a car get sold in less than an hour?! I was so confused and angry at the same time! Now he insists on showing me other cars and I’m just going with the flow. Next, he brings another salesman with more experience to talk me out of buying an used car and to buy a brand new Kia. "

"They were very prompt on contacting me. We decided to make the hours drive to view the car in person. They waited until we got there before they went and retrieved the car from the lot. The car was dirty and the insides had not been cleaned. We did purchase the car and cleaned it when we got it home, only to discover numerous scratches in the paint - possibly the reason why they did not wash it before we got there. The salesman was very friendly but did not seem to know much about the car we were interested in. All in all, our experience was pleasant ..... as pleasant as buying a car can be ...... "
