Kia dealerships near me (Houston, TX)

Bought the car and it broke down a week later. After a $120 tow to the mechanic it was determined that the wrong battery was in the car and $380 later the car is running. Bayway pretty much said “oh well you should have gotten the extended warranty “ sir it’s been a week

Overall very good. Nice communication with the agent, fast paperwork process and I just showed up to the dealer to sign. Took me about 15-20 mins total time at the dealership. The only thing I wish they can do different, is to be more detailed oriented. I received the car with no gas, not either a little gift, or some type of detail for buying a $40k car. Not expecting anything major. Could be a thank you for your business letter signed by all. Detailed is what matter the most. That’s what you get when you buy a luxury brand. Other than that, everything was amazing!

We agreed on price and terms on my initial visit and agreed to meet after my office hours. Per conversation financing details were to be shared with me and all paperwork was to be ready by 7:00 PM. I chased the financial details until 5:00 PM an barely got the info. And most finance docs were not ready and had to wait another 30 minutes until they were prepared. On the way home, I realized a problem with the seat heater not turning off and notified but it is sold as is so no help. I rate it 2/5.

My salesperson was great and easy to work with, and the finance team was helpful as well. I came in pre-approved through my credit union, but they were able to beat my rate, which I really appreciated. My car search started about 3 weeks ago. After a frustrating experience with a smaller rental lot that wouldn’t work with my credit union unless I used their financing and added warranties/care packages, I decided to try a larger dealership. That brought me to Demontrond and a 2025 VW Atlas with only 5K miles. Unfortunately, the tire-pressure and oil-change lights were on during the test drive. I was also surprised that it wasn’t offered as CPO. The biggest disappointment was the negotiation process. They wanted to keep the price as a new vehicle but verbiage for no in-house maintenence packages was because it's a used vehicle. Overall, my salesperson and finance experience were good, but the vehicle condition and negotiation process left me disappointed.

The staff were all super friendly and welcoming! My salesperson, Jonathan, was absolutely great. He stayed in contact with me a few times a day and made the whole process so easy. I live a couple of hours away and couldn’t make it there for another five days, but Jonathan made sure the car would be there when I arrived. I was able to send everything in online ahead of time, so when I got there, the car was ready to go — all I had to do was sign and drive off! It was a busy weekend, but despite how busy they were, I wasn’t there long at all. Everyone was kind, helpful, and welcoming. And I LOVE my car! It’s honestly even better in person than it looked in the pictures. ❤️ Thank you, Parkway Family Kia, and a big thank you to Jonathan for making my car-buying experience so easy and enjoyable! 🚗❤️

Made a query on Cargurus. It was answered by Santiago without hesitation. Later the next morning he let me know the vehicle was sold, but before I ever asked, he found a comparable car, made a deal with management, and called to lmk I can purchase with the same discount. Santiago was there when I walked in to finance and handed me the keys as walked out the door to see my new car. The dealership, the sales, and cargurus made an easy sale/ buy. I will use CG I the future and I'll call Santiago for my next Kia.
