Back story, I live in Austin, TX, about a three hour drive from Houston. I call the dealership at around 10am and inquire about the truck. They say it’s available. Cool. I tell them I’m driving from Austin to look at it. I ask reception if I can talk with the used car salesperson, “they’re not in yet but I’ll pass the word.” I ask if I could call them, reception says don’t worry, they’ll pass the word. Whatever, fine. I start my drive and almost two hours into the drive, I received a call from the used salesperson, “sorry to inform you but we’ve already sold the truck.” WTF?! I called ahead of time and I’m already 2 hours into this drive! Nobody told me about putting a deposit to save it, nothing. I had cash in hand! I turn around and bought a different truck in San Antonio that same day. Terrible communication, zero transparency and the staff was not helpful at all. Glad they didn’t get my business.

Best experience ever definitely recommend it.
