Uriel Montoya is the man! Great salesman, went above and beyond helping and made it a very seamless proccess. He did everything over the phone from the financing and all the paper work. He sent very detailed pictures of the truck. All the Southwest team was very friendly and helpful. I definitely will repeat business and recommend all my friends and family

Overall we had a great experience at Volkswagen of Burelson. Everyone we came in contact with was very nice, and knowledgeable. We were able to get everything done online, so when we got there to pick up the car, all we had to do was sign papers. I would highly recommend anybody who's looking to buy a car here.

Did not end up buying a vehicle from this dealership but they had excellent communication. Even though my choice of vehicle had changed they tried to be helpful in getting me into something different without being overly pushy as well.

Very professional, could not reach a deal.

They told me to come Saturday to look at the truck I got off early to go look at the truck and then they called me back and told me that they sold the truck I lost out on 5 hours of over time and then they call me back to ask if I still wanted the truck I told them that I didn't want t the truck
