This dealer emailed me that a vehicle would be ready for a test drive at a certain time. I drove 90 minutes one way. The car was “gone” and the sales rep was “sick” major bait &switch.

Booked a test drive online but no one seemed to know anything about it. Sold car before i could see it

The salesperson Sam was nice and went over the car with me. Videos, pictures and everything. In the videos he calls out all of the visual defects, with one major exception . Upon flying up there to buy the car in person, there was a giant gash on the passenger side door. The photos and video that were taken made it extremely difficult to see this otherwise massive gash in the car. Further, after driving the car for 20 minutes, it had smoke coming off the engine. I was told this vehicle was mechanical sound, serviced by the dealership and came with a warranty (by Mazda). I was told the car was detailed, but it was covered with mud on the carpet. Had I driven the car back.to GA, I might not have made it. Lastly, the only person I interacted with was Sam. The managers stayed behind the cover of their offices as these issues came up and never even said hi when I arrived. Overall, the dealer appears to operate with the intention to deceive. I would not recommend.

Steve was a great salesman! Everything was fast and handled professionally. Information was relayed timely and thoroughly - throughout the entire sales and delivery process! Love the car!

I requested to talk to and go through the used car manager and they gave me a sales person instead, which lied to me about being a manager.
