I called at 1 pm to inform the dealer I was coming the next day I arrived at 11am and the car was sold. Not even on the lot it was gone. I find it hard to believe the car existed at all, because they have been trying to get me to buy other cars through email and calls. this is the 2nd time Ive had a bad experience with a Van Horn dealership, the other being in Milwaukee

These guys at Kunes are all liars. they tell you things you want to hear. Then promise you and turn around and sell. Not a bit of communication from sales rep. I even asked the person to put a deposit down on it to hold the truck. Two days went by he knew I was coming to get the vehicle I booked my flight and hotel. And sent him flight and hotel arrangements.This was on a Wednesday. NOW I was very diligent explain why I needed the truck and he said it would be a good fit for you. So after I sent him flight and hotel he responds cool perfect. Then he starts tell me the truck needs to be jumped everytime to start it and I asked him if he could drop a battery in it and I would pay for services and parts. He texted me back the truck is 27 years old we are not doing anything to the truck like in CAPS with and attitude. Then I sent another message asking him what else was wrong with the truck such as leaks exhaust ect. On Friday he told me its sold. Scams.

Good vehicle, very unorganized, thumb drive is a poor substitute for paper contract. They’re not particularly user friendly and took 2 hours longer to do the paperwork than was necessary. Won’t be making a positive referral of this dealership.

Bought my jeep from them they offered me the best trade in price process was simple and was low pressure. I plan on having my mom buy from them soon.
