They answered my questions promptly and were very straight forward. I made an offer and they declined the offer. Even though a deal could not be made the process was clean and I am thankful for that.

This dealer emailed me that a vehicle would be ready for a test drive at a certain time. I drove 90 minutes one way. The car was “gone” and the sales rep was “sick” major bait &switch.

My experience was not good, they lack communication amoung eachother and the vehicle i was interested in was being shown and offered to multiple other looking customers.

Everyone I spoke to was very nice and very helpful. Bailey was awesome, he answered all my questions, and was happy to show me how to use different features on the vehicle. I had more questions after I got home, and he responded quickly with emails and phone calls. All in all, it was a great experience, and I absolutely love my new Jeep!
