The communication was terrible, they refused to give me an out-the-door price and kept pressuring me to go for a test drive. I deal with three different people and none of them gave me a total price. I will take my money somewhere else.

It's a scam. Hidden fees total $13,500.00 added to the vehicle price. Not worth looking at.

This dealer isn’t transparent with their dealer fees. I drove the car and it has a shake and hum on it coming from the transmission. I pointed it out to the dealer and even then they still wouldn’t negotiate the price, they insisted in adding $5500 in dealer fees on top of the price online. With my perfect credit score and multiple options to buy i walked away from this Jeep Grand cherokee L 2021. The dealer wasn’t willing to negotiate a better rate despite them noticing the shake in the car as well.

Working with Sales Manager and Finance made the process easier—-for buying a car. Once I got to the right people we could do a deal easily as I am an out of state buyer, female and ready to go.

Lazy staff, never got back to me on trade in value. Wants you to drive and sit in traffic for a simple trade in number that can easily be done online

Worked with a car salesman they sold vehicle to someone else as they apprved me. Waisted all my time and messed up my credit for nothing. Figured if u have someone going through they finance and wanting the vehicle waiting to see if approved atleast give then a lil time for the result to come back. Nope sold the vehicle and then asked would I like them to try find something else. Will never do buisness like this again eith dealership.

The price advertised is not what you get. The add quite a bit w good mark up. Seems to be the business practice of this dealership. As there are multiple comments about the same issue.
