So much was bad. I live 12 hours away. I was in contact Wednesday with Chandler and finance guy I believe Albert. We were working out details on Wednesday I tried contacting them all day Thursday with no luck. Friday I made contact u was told they were both off on Thursday. my plan was to fly in and purchase the truck. Chandler and the finance guy were on two different plans one was shipping the truck the other planning on me flying in. That lands on Chandler not communicating. The salesman was very nice and polite. Unfortunately my wife and I made a trip which was a waste of time. The salesman’s manager came over just to show us that not only was the price of the vehicle not going to be honored but raised the price of the truck by $8,000 than what was being advertised on the website and CarGurus and added things to the bill that I didn’t want or ask for!
