Great service!

I went there for the ford focus. Upon showing up the back bumper clip was breaking. Couldn't see that in photos. The ac motor was bad as well. The cv axle was bad as well. This i found out b4 the prepurchase inspection with almost no mechanical back ground. I dont even change my own oil. But I still heard a clicking. This car shouldnt have even been allowed to test drive with a clicking cv axle lol. So we come back try to negotiate and couldnt come to come to terms. My friend calls negotiates they told us 5.5k out the door tax title fees plates etc. I go back they told me no plates etc just 5.5k out the door. I know its only a few hundred but that isn't what we agreed on. Sales rep gets their manager and they proceed to make me wait 30 minutes for the manager and then they start showing the car. They were gonna make me and her bid against eachother.scummy. the car needed 1500 in repairs and theyd hardly work with us on price. Cv axle is a saftey issue when clicking. Not a luxury.

Probably one of the WORST purchasing experiences of my life! Upon arrival, the car was there, as I lived out of state and contacted them ahead of time. I had a pre approval from my bank, however this dealership didn't work with my bank, so I had to go through their credit approval with the dealership since they told me another buyer was "coming in to look at the vehicle". Got approved, at a higher interest rate through dealership, After 5 hours we finally left with the vehicle. When we got home and reviewed the paperwork, extra charges were added into contract. After many phone calls, they "refunded" the amount of the extra charges, however not the taxes on the extra charges. The finance company name does not appear anywhere on the purchase contract and I still have not been able to obtain a copy of the purchase price signature sheet...overall will never shop at a Napelton dealership again, and will advise any friends and family members not to either!!!

The car that was shown in the picture was not the car at the dealer …did not have the same options as advertised

The dealer staff was helpful.

Deal got done but at higher price than advertised. Several hidden fees and add ons that were not listed on the car gurus listing. Blame got pushed to buyer for not going to the dealer website and searching for the hidden fees. Would not buy from them again.
