They handled the paperwork with the loan people, because I had a previous car loan that needed to be paid off, but wanted financing with the same institution. They explained to me the Ford App as well and the type of oil I have to use. Very accommodating when I had to move a meeting and when I arrive earlier than the agreed time. Highly recommended.
