I gave a 2 versus a 0-1 because of the wonderful customer service gal, Krystal. Krystal immediately contacted me to setup an appointment. She was very timely, detailed and professional. The professionalism unfortunately stopped with Krystal. Showed for my 4pm appt at 4pm and no one was available to help me. I waited and waited then asked if I could at least test drive the car of interest. Once that eventually happened, the gas light was on in the car which of course limited my comfort in driving more than around the block. Upon return to the dealership I waited some more but no one was available to assist. Adios Grieco. I happily took my business elsewhere where I easily and efficiently purchased a car.
