Honda dealerships near me (Riverside, CA)

I got so many home calls from the dealership it almost became harassment.

I went to view a car however on car gurus it was stated that there was no accident on the car. When I arrived and looked at the car fax there was a major accident reported. The accident was not reported on car gurus. The lack of transparency from the dealer will be the reason I never return again.

Dealership wanted $7,000 - $10,000 over MSRP. They did not want to work with me to get a deal done. Don’t recommend this dealership. Stay away from this place!

Had appt to test drive. Confirmed via text and email several times. Upon arrival no one waited on me. When leaving someone finally asked if I needed help...

Symon (pronounced Simon) Dapal the sales associate we worked with gave us the most awful experience. Gave us the run around for some of the questions we had. Was promised the full tank of gas upon purchase. We purchased and was at the dealership for about 4.5 hours and the car was not even filled up. We had a two hour drive back home and the sales associate just left after we got to F&I. Talked to the general manager (believe his name is Paul) and he adamantly said no gas. Just a lot of fake promises here at Autonation Honda.

talked with them on the phone only asking out door price via email, they were borderline mean and didn’t provide any price information on the phone or email, after checking details of the car, they try to add over $6000 of optional things which are literal scams.. And they called and texted so many times even though I didn’t answer/reply afterwards.

I worked with Magali Lopez and Oscar Linares and they were absolute professionals! and responded immediately to any questions and or concerns I had! I really appreciated their assistance in the purchasing of the vehicle. I highly recommend them!!! Great work
