Jahsaun was really great! Met us when we arrived, was helpful and communicative. Walked us through the whole process. The finance manager came over to asked us about the warrenty and when we declined he was very rude. I asked him what the warrenty was with the car we were purchasing and he responded "I dont work for Kia" and walked off, not the customer service I would expect from a major car rental company. Jahsaun helped wrap up the deal after that, if he wasnt so great at what he did and the customer service her provided I would have left and bought from somewhere else.
