I found my car on CarGurus, and it was exactly what I was looking for, with unbelievably low mileage and a
great price. I requested more info thru the website, and George Lin responded almost immediately. Sierra
Honda didn't have the car on the lot yet, as it was still being checked out thoroughly. George stayed in contact
with me, answering all my questions, and let me know what day and time the car would be available. I met him
there at that day/time, test drove the car, and fell in love with it. I had actually purchased another car 2 days
earlier that I was able to return within 7 days, which I ended up doing. George was extremely patient with me
and all my questions throughout the entire sale process. I've already recommended Sierra Honda to many
friends. I don't live all that close to Monrovia, but it was well worth the drive!

Horrible customer service the Girl by the name of tahisha kept calling me and blowing up my phone insisting for me to go in and check out the car then I was interested in, and I happen to agree with it for that following weekend, on the day of the appointment that she told me she set me up for 5 p.m. on a Saturday she called me around 4 saying if I was still going to go in and see the car that I was interested in 4 the day that I set up an appointment... as I live 50 miles away I happen to go and drive out that Saturday with my wife as I agree with her an hour before telling her I'll be there as I arrived I I stood in the lobby for about 10 minutes with nobody helping me as employees kept passing me by I finally stoped an employee and ask him if he could get tahisha for me they had to call her out twice by Speaker phone until she came down and greeted me and walk me over to the sales manager which at the end they wasted my time driving out 50 miles out and driving 50 miles back home telling me that they had just sold the car around 2 p.m. ... she never came back and apologized as me and my wife left disappointed saying that she could at least call me and tell me not to bother to drive out 50 miles out when she called me an hour before guarantee me if that my appointment was still good and not telling me at least not to waste my time driving out there.

This dealership was dishonest, agreeing to a final purchase price, allowing my friend to purchase a train ticket to get to the dealership and allowing him to obtain a cashier's ticket for the purchase before allegedly selling the car to another. They're liars!

showroom new. at the price I wanted to pay. No wonder they sell

Bad service. I didn't liked the way they treated me. I called to inquire
about a Honda Civic SI 2007 and they told me to go there so we can
make a deal. I went to Sierra Honda and asked them about the car I
wanted. They told me that the bank will not finance the car because
is a 2007. I was very upset because I called specifically for that car
and told me they could finance. When I got there they didn't even
showed me the car and wanted to sell me a Toyota Yaris. I told them
I don't want the Toyota, I wanted the Honda. They told me they
didn't had it. They made me waste my time and I left upset because
they lied to me. A couple of days later I was an internet add that they
were selling that Honda Civic SI that I wanted. I was so mad
because they told me they didn't had it and yet two days later they
are advertising it

I contacted fleet manager there and spoke with him over the phone. He said the car is going through inspection and will call me back once its ready for viewing. I called a few days later to follow up and someone else told me the cars already sold. Sierra Honda has bad follow-up skills. I guess in the end it didn't matter to them because they ended up making money on the sale.
