Solid experience

The manager scoffed when I made an offer below sticker on a 10 year old car. What kind of used car dealer doesn’t negotiate price? Very dissatisfied. They also failed to offer me any other vehicle that met my needs and budget, which wasn't huge but certainly should have met with something they had in stock. Used car prices are generally inflated by local standards. Completely unwilling to negotiate prices based on market value. Found a VW I was looking for and while the mileage was low the price was as much as certified preowned models several years newer. I attempted to reach out one last time as I thought I’d give them one last chance, but completely unwilling to budge from their inflated sticker price. Shiva was just as dismissive as his manager via email.

I had an appointment to see a car, and made the appointment multiple days in advance. When I was 15 minutes out from my appointment to see and most likely buy the car, I received a call from the dealer telling me that he just sold the car. This was extremely unprofessional, and I am saddened that they would treat their customers like this.
