Mason was polite and knowledgeable. Dealership was clean and bustling.

Emailed more than one salesman and never got replies. Was emailed by a different salesman that was poor at responding as well, even with cell phone texting available. Minimal discounts off MSRP with no interest in negotiating at all. At least they admitted that fact so we weren't both wasting our time.

Lady said they was flexible on price, but then sales guy said that they were firm on price and when I did not want to take out a loan with them, he got quite rude.

Went there and test drive the vehicle I was looking at. I was very interested and ready to buy it but during the test drive the salesman told me that even though I already have been pre-approved through my credit union that they still have to pull my credit. My financing has already been pre-approved and squared away. There's absolutely no reason to pull my credit. I left and won't be doing business with them.
