Bobby helped us. He followed up with us and let me know the condition of the vehicle and was transparent. He made us feel the drive there was worth it and made the process easy. Although they were very busy, we felt they managed time well and got us through the process.

Overall the experience left nothing to desire. The sales guy was personable but was working with other customers at the same time which made for a longer than needed experience. Good luck getting any fair value if you are trading in a vehicle. The low ball offers were actually offensive and if I hadn't been searching for and fallen in love with this vehicle I would have absolutely walked away. When I told them that I had other dealers give me more than fair offers I was told, "go make a deal with them then." When I made an appointment to sign papers and take possession of the suburban I specifically said I need to be mindful of time as I had work obligations. They assured me out wouldn't be long. I was there for 3 hrs and left with a vehicle that had 95 miles until empty. Overall, I bought the vehicle because of the vehicle NOT the dealer or the customer service.
