Honda dealerships near me (Hull, MA)

Overall this was an awful experience. I’ll never purchase another vehicle here again. I’m still waiting to take ownership of the vehicle and it’s been 10 days since I signed the P&S. I pointed out issues that are not getting corrected, I was only given 1 key and have asked several times for a second key. The car wasn’t detailed (as promised) when I originally got the key, it had dirt, dust, and trash around the front seats and when I asked them to do it again it was a half ass effort to clean it. Two of the tires have dry rot and have little tread so I asked them to replace them, but they pushed back. There is very little attention to detail and customer service doesn’t seem to be a priority. Stay away from this dealer

Dishonest scheduled an appt to test drive a specific vehicle that had just come in. They had no photos online. Arrived at the dealership. Let us see the car couldn’t let us test drive it yet. Had not been serviced…kept stringing us along for over a week then increased the price of the car. Could only get advertised price if I financed a minimum of $10,000, interest rate was very high and added a $1,895 restore and service fee on top of doc fee. When I told him I was gonna pass on the car, they continue to call me to the point of harassment both salesman and manager.

I had a terrible experience at Nucar Honda of Norwood today and would strongly caution others before doing business with them. I first saw a Honda HR-V on CarGurus and then checked the dealership’s own website, where it was also listed. Around 1:10pm, I called and spoke with an Assistant Client Care Manager (Hannah), who confirmed that the car was available and located at Nucar Honda of Norwood. When I arrived at the dealership around 3:30pm, a salesman literally laughed in my face when I said I had come to see a car I’d seen online. He just pointed at a Nucar poster on the wall, then told me that Nucar has dealerships all over New England, so there was “no guarantee” the car was here. I reminded him that Hannah had specifically confirmed it was at *this* dealership. He poked around on his computer, disappeared for 10-15 minutes, and eventually announced the car had been sold. Hours later, the same car is still listed as “available” on both the Nucar website and CarGurus.

Excellent Follow-up.

I went there and I waited for almost an hour. When the agent came he said he had the car but that I couldn’t test drive it. When we went outside it was the wrong car. I showed him the car I came for and he went inside. He then said that the car I came for had been sold that morning. I texted with them that morning and they didn’t say anything to me about the car not being there. I spent $40 on Ubers for nothing. They should have told me the car was sold before I came all that way. I’m still pissed!
