Their price was fair, negotiation was fair but Jesus Christ their communication was horrendous. I spoke to many different people over several days and I had to constantly call in to check the status of everything. I would only deal with them again if there was a car I absolutely wanted there. They need better turnaround times and communication.

This is a follow-up review. As a result of my previous review of my experience with AutoNation Honda Dulles, I received a comment from the sales team stating their disappointment that we were not able to come to an agreement on a deal. The e-mail I received asked me to contact them to discuss. Subsequently, I e-mailed again with the same sales rep as before, "Kevin," so called, asking if there was any change to their offer, vis-a-vie lowering the price of the vehicle to compensate for the remainder of the processing fee. The answer was a firm "no." As a result I have moved on to seek purchasing a vehicle elsewhere. While I understand their desire to maintain a profitable outcome for the dealership, it is a shame that they are not willing to negotiate further as I have stated that this particular vehicle is one that we have seriously considered and would purchase should they decide to continue the negotiation and meet us at the desired price.
