Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. I drove 4 hours after applying for financing over the phone and being encouraged to come in, only to find the vehicle had missing parts, was still being serviced, and the interior was partially disassembled. none of which was disclosed beforehand. The process felt disorganized and misleading. I had to redo my application in person, and the finance manager admitted he had only reviewed it shortly before meeting me. Very little effort was made to explore financing options; I was given one unrealistic scenario requiring a large down payment on an older truck with nearly a $1,000/month payment. Vehicles appear overpriced for their condition, and my trade-in was significantly undervalued. I left feeling my time was wasted and strongly recommend buyers confirm EVERYTHING in writing before considering doing business here.

We started an application and were told the vehicle would be held for us during the process. They told us to come sign papers, after verbally agreeing on a price and terms. We were en route to the dealership to sign and they sent me a text to tell me the vehicle just sold to someone else who had a check in hand. They told us first com first serve, which was us being served first as we had already agreed on terms. We would NEVER recommend anyone doing business here. They are dishonest and crooks.

Great place to deal with.Good vehicles to choose from and no pressure from owner.Sam the owner showed me invoice of several fluids and things he replaced before selling to make sure vehicle was solid and ready to sell.Not every dealership does this.Highly recommend.
