Car was exactly what I wanted and priced to sell. I should’ve bought. Car sold the next day.

This was a very fast process. I was pre-qualified on Cargurus and I took the letter into the dealership and the guys was very helpful. Left with the car I wanted within 4 hours or less.

Worst customer service ever. They lied about the car being available and tried to sell me another car. I was there over an hour and never got to see the car I came for. It was the worst experience and I’ve never heard back from anyone from the dealership regarding my experience.

Yes, this dealership is Beautiful, really nice! Our experience started off with Salesman Ross calling us with great Intention to have us come in. The tour experience was great, Ross was really cool & transparent & this dealership has plenty of options on the lot; there is certainly a family feel in the workers and I know that they look out for one another. Also, Jamen, Madison, and Nick were apart of the process as well & all were patient with us, while giving us quality information during our car buying process that led to our decision making in purchasing from here.I did not get the car that I was initially viewing on carguru; however, I got something better! Thanks Lou Sohb Honda.

Wonderful customer service. Provided me cell phone number so could text with questions. Stayed late since I was driving 2.5 hrs to get there. Car was pulled to front of dealership so didn’t have to hunt lot to look for it.
