went to dealer and was told car was at vendor for safety inspection and would be at dealer again on 06-01-2017. earlier dealer stated car would be there on 05-30-2017. I sent email and ask what problem was encountered and have had no reply. That is o.k. as I won"t go there again.

Had an awesome experience at this dealership! Everyone was extremely welcoming and personable and definitely not as pushy as I've come to expect having been to other dealerships. If you are looking for a new car, I definitely recommend that you check out Milton Martin Honda!

Drove over 1 hour to test drive the car after the test drive started talking numbers and they won't negotiate. They will tell you they are competitively priced and the number is what it is. If your looking to negotiate don't bother going.

The people at Milton Martin Honda kept in contact with me while I made a decision about purchasing this car and I ended up driving up to purchase it on a Thursday morning. I was very pleased with Chris Browning, the sales associate who helped us. He was very welcoming, professional, and we have a great talk while waiting on some paperwork to be finalized. I would definitely purchase a car from them again.

Sales person was nice, polite, and professional. No hassle, no back and forward deals, just straight numbers. Based on my credit, the finance department was able to get me even a lower rate than my bank. The car was well priced. I’m given them 4 stars because, I never met the sales manager (who worked the numbers) and they would not pay for a few additional things I wanted for the vehicle.

true price not what they have on the web site, they advertise one price then raise it when you get there, lead you to believe the price posted is the total price, but it's not

We had a deal and had received an email from the dealer to confirm our appointment with them, the morning we were to meet. My wife and I took off work, drove about 1.5 hours to be told that a manager had let someone borrow our car and it would not be back to the dealership until 5:00pm. I found this to be an unbelievable practice by a dealer. I would have given a 1Star rating, but I do not believe the salesman was involved in this major screw-up. I would not recommend this dealership.

used car mgr was STUCK on 300 dollars but the salesman was topnotch. i drove to @100mi one way for nothing. went to Town Center Nissan the next day and bought a 2014. thanks martin mill honda!

Milton Martin Honda had the best sales people that I contacted in my quest to find a high quality used car for my father. They were the only dealership that worked with us and gave us various options for my father's budget. My dad had his heart set on a Kia Soul !, but the numbers were just too high. Mark was the only salesman from a dealership who actually tried to make a deal work. First he showed him some other cars in a lower price range, and then when my family was able to contribute to the purchase, the Used Car Sales at Milton Martin Honda (Mark and Brad) actually negotiated with us so that my father could afford the price. And let me tell you, it was down to few dollars, and then there was just no more $$ to be had. If you are on a budget or if you just want good old fashioned salesmanship, instead of a take-it or leave-it attitude, go to Milton Martin Honda. It's worth the ride to Gainesville.

I only give this dealer a 1 star rating because I do love my car I just wish I wouldn't have bought it from this poor excuse of a dealership. Frank was condescending and lied directly to my face about 1. the free tank of gas that was promised and 2. the tag and title taxes that were supposed to be included in their "dealer procurement costs" which in the end ended up costing me an additional $500 to register my car in N.C. I called and asked for an explanation and no one was willing to take accountability, not even a sincere apology.
