Honda dealerships near me (Cambridge, MA)

This is a Bait & Switch dealership. Monday, I made a Thursday appointment to see the car. Tuesday, they phoned to ask if I was still interested. Wednesday, they texted for me to confirm I was coming. Thursday, at 11:30AM, they phoned to say they would have it ready. I was already driving to the dealership. I arrived early. "Sorry" they said. "It JUST got sold. But let us show you these other cars." I pointed out that if, indeed, it had "just sold," the buyers were already doing the paperwork when they called me.

Denzel was a good sales person.

Mr Pablo was kind and a true gentleman will tell my friends at work thank you.

They tried to force me into buying the vehicle, after I repeatedly told them that I would not buy the f150 with the issues they had with it, I would never buy a car from this dealership

Excellent customer service is a disappearing business attribute nowadays. I'm happy and impressed that Rt. 128 Honda still takes the time and effort to connect with its customers, making the experience informative and comfortable. It is the difference between those dealerships that succeed and those that are ignored. I am happy to offer this review as there is no better promotion than a satisfied customer spreading their satisfaction to friends, families, and colleagues.

I had a terrible experience at Nucar Honda of Norwood today and would strongly caution others before doing business with them. I first saw a Honda HR-V on CarGurus and then checked the dealership’s own website, where it was also listed. Around 1:10pm, I called and spoke with an Assistant Client Care Manager (Hannah), who confirmed that the car was available and located at Nucar Honda of Norwood. When I arrived at the dealership around 3:30pm, a salesman literally laughed in my face when I said I had come to see a car I’d seen online. He just pointed at a Nucar poster on the wall, then told me that Nucar has dealerships all over New England, so there was “no guarantee” the car was here. I reminded him that Hannah had specifically confirmed it was at *this* dealership. He poked around on his computer, disappeared for 10-15 minutes, and eventually announced the car had been sold. Hours later, the same car is still listed as “available” on both the Nucar website and CarGurus.

Advertised car wasn’t available as promised. I opted not to buy an alternative car they located for me and a month later I still have not received the refund of my deposit ($500).
