Dealerships near me (Homestead, FL)

This dealer isn’t transparent with their dealer fees. I drove the car and it has a shake and hum on it coming from the transmission. I pointed it out to the dealer and even then they still wouldn’t negotiate the price, they insisted in adding $5500 in dealer fees on top of the price online. With my perfect credit score and multiple options to buy i walked away from this Jeep Grand cherokee L 2021. The dealer wasn’t willing to negotiate a better rate despite them noticing the shake in the car as well.

They add ridiculous add ons and don’t even negotiate. A dealership that doesn’t want to sell cars. Don’t waste your time.

Communication issues and couldn’t work out best price. Ended up purchasing same vehicle elsewhere for thousands less.

Didn’t reach deal at dealership on Thursday had further text messsges later in afternoon. Came to an agreement on price. Told them I would in Saturday when they opened up to complete deal. Received a email from carguru saying the truck had been sold on Friday morning Texted salesman if we were still on for Saturday. He then advised me truck had been sold. Apparently truck was sold about 6 hours after we had come to an agreement. After dealing with this dealership I would not recommend them to do business with. If you’re trying to sell a truck at least clean and make it look presentable. Had black stains from the seals dryed on doors. That truck never maintained from my observation. I had reservations about buying the truck, but told them before I followed through it had to be cleaned from top to bottom and also the inside needed cleaned up. They did me a favor by selling it.

Great customer service from the staff, very nice facility.

Don’t let you test drive the car until you “do the numbers.” Never experienced a dealership as such. Overall very cold experience. Went to another dealership right after and it was like night and day. Bad vibes
