Terrible customer service. I came to look at a car
and found scratches on the front as well as worn
out rims. When I mentioned this, he completely
ignored me and tried to talk about financing.
Gave me a super high interest rate and claimed
that because I was a first-time buyer, no other
dealer would ever sell me a car. I was on my way
out and they demanded to know why I wouldn't
buy the car. We simply told them that we had a
better offer elswhere with a car in better
conditions and they straight up told us that that
was impossible. Basically accused us of lying and
also said that the other dealer was scamming us
and they demanded to know the vehicle vin and
the dealer's name along with the salesman so
they could sue them.

Dealer tried to get me to overpay. Also, would not show me the car I had picked out online, only a model with less features. Then told my husband I didn't know what I was talking about. I got exactly what I wanted from another dealer.
