I have never been to a more inviting dealership! Everyone was so genuinely nice and helpful. Would recommend this place to anyone that cares about getting treated like a human and not a number. Honest and transparent

This dealership was an absolute joke. The jeep pictured isn’t even the jeep that they brought there’s dens and dings in both front quarter panels. The hoods beat up the front bumper has been hit and between the hood front fender and bumper are all three different colors yet it says it’s not been in any accidents no damage they detailed the entire engine bay to try and hide the problems and power washed it trying to get rid of remnants of the oil leaks they did front brakes, but not the rear. The trailing arms were shot. Along with the sway bars had bad motor mounts, and then when talking to the salesman after looking at it and test driving it, he was absolutely offended that I knew what I was looking for in his entire demeanor changed. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a good reliable vehicle buyer beware

My experience was good with my salesman. He answer all questions and was not overbearing.

So far, so good; however, I am still waiting on delivery of the car so cannot complete this.

They are very kind and bend over backwards to make it as easy as possible. I highly recommend Austin. Erin in finance is a sweetheart also. Give these guys a call no matter where you live. I live over 900 miles away and it's probably the easiest car sale I've ever been involved in.

Even though I didn't purchase the vehicle, response and communication with dealer was excellent. I still haven't bought anything, so I may be back for a revisit

Once they knew I was interested, they cut all communication with me. I tried, and tried. They would not let me know about financing even though I filled out their application. It was quite clear they were not interested in working with me. I gave up after a week. Communication - terrible!!
