The Sales team got me in and out in a timely manner. They met my expectations.
I don't recommend doing business
with this dealership. They are very
friendly interacting with you while not
being forthcoming. We bought a used
2011 Nissan Rogue from them a few
weeks ago. They didn't disclose that
there was only one key that came with
the vehicle, until after we paid and
signed everything. It took me 2 weeks
to get the GM Lee to even respond
back to me via text. On top of that, the
CV Joints started leaking grease, and
our mechanic said they sold us a
vehicle with dry rotted tires. The spark
plugs needed replaced, both rear
shocks needed replaced, vehicle
needed a new serpentine belt, and the
front brakes needed replaced. The
repair bill is around $2000. The
problem here is that they told me the
only thing wrong with the vehicle was
that it needed new front brakes, and
they failed to disclose there was only
1 key to the vehicle until after I had
already purchased it. What happened
to me was dishonest of them, and a
bad business practice.
Salesman's Braden was very professional and would look to purchase another car from this dealership I rate Tony Serra Nissan a 10 very professional and staff is awesome
The vehicle was sold out from under me. The reason stated was that I did not put a down payment on the vehicle. Which I would accept as reasonable if I had not specifically asked the salesperson about putting a binder ( aka down payment) on the vehicle. Other than that, friendly staff.

Great dealership and salesman
Bait and switch. They advertise cars on their website that they do not have on their lot for sale. When you show up to look at the vehicle, it's not there and they proceed to try to sell you a higher priced vehicle instead.

I was very happy with the whole experience.
Very good, only used cars to expensive.
It was only about selling , No commitment , no feedback after unanswered questions, the car was in poor condition and it was overpriced .The dealer didn't offer any real deal.
I credit this dealer with their efforts to get me down to see their vehicles. Very polite and professional in their communication.
Was a great experience except the computer printers were down and it
took forever not the sales people fault they were great esp. both Josh's
