My experience was good with my salesman. He answer all questions and was not overbearing.

I asked about test driving and they said it was being inspected and they’d let me know when it’s ready and I haven’t heard anything over a week later

They do the best job getting you into the dealership but once you get there everything they told you over the phone is different

I went to look at a car a few weeks ago and when I got there they said it was being pulled off the lot because of transmission issues that make it not something they could sell. Fast forward a couple weeks and I see it’s for sale with a discount. I call up to see what they did to fix it and was told nothing was done or planned to be done to the car and was being sold as is. I was also told this was not dishonest because they recommend getting used used cars inspected before purchasing. I disagree and said so

Called the dealer and they said that this car had a clean title and was all good but then when another family member called about the same car they told them that the car had been in an accident and had noticeable damage.

I have never been to a more inviting dealership! Everyone was so genuinely nice and helpful. Would recommend this place to anyone that cares about getting treated like a human and not a number. Honest and transparent
