Had a phenomenal time there. Roman allowed me to look at a variety of vehicles and I ended up getting something far newer than I originally thought I'd get. No, didn't get hustled by getting it, it ended up costing less than what I originally came in to buy. Great prices, great people. Definitely would recommend at them least giving them a look to anyone

My experience with Manchester Motors was extremely frustrating. I remained in consistent communication with the dealership about the 2014 Toyota Tundra SR5 when it was first advertised, and I clearly stated my immediate interest in purchasing it as soon as it became available. However, when the truck did become available, I was not notified, and it was sold to someone else. I only found out through my own follow-up, not through any proactive communication from the dealership. Based on this experience, I have no interest in any future dealings with Manchester Motors. The dealership responded very quickly. This vehicle had a Carfax report and I was sent a link to verify it’s condition. This vehicle did not pass the safety inspection, and also had a minor accident that was not listed on Cargurus.

Mary seemed uninterested and didn't even introduce herself to us. Just said she was running late and will go get the key. Little to no interaction in the vehicle or at her desk. The sales manager however was amazing and gave us a different experience. Actually felt like a customer at that point and not like a person trying to waste time. I purchased a more expensive vehicle somewhere else and am happy with my experience and product. Again the sales manager, a gentleman a cannot remember, was exemplary l. Mary was not and seemed uninterested it getting a sale.
