The dealership’s response to my email was quick. The sales person was very friendly however, when I explained my situation, he seemed to be more interested in getting me into a higher priced vehicle. I think sometimes sales people don’t want to listen to what buyers have to say and are more concerned in getting the higher commission instead of selling the customer what they want.

The vehicle had a slipping transmission during the test drive, the salesman said he’d have it looked at while we did paperwork and never happened. We were told we were approved drove 2.5 hrs to end up NOT. They wanted 10k down on a 14k vehicle. The vehicle price DOPPED $400 the next day and dropped significantly more since then. We sat there for 3 hrs for the whole process to be denied.
