Genesis dealerships near me (Arlington, TX)

Awful dealership. Cheap and deceiving tactics to try to sell you what you don't want. I contacted them regarding a used Hyundai Santa Fe calligraphy, Dylan, contacted me back saying it was available (twice), he even said "I have the keys on my hands RN". I drove there just to find out it was a loaner and it would be available in a week or so. Of course before telling me this, they tried to sell me a brand new Santa Fe xrt (not the calligraphy). I left the store. Half way home (on a 40 min ride) they call me saying if they can put me on a brand new Santa Fe calligraphy for $650 to $700 monthly on 0% APR for 60 month, would I take the deal. Went back to the dealer, just to find out that neither the 0% apr or the monthly payments were real. They offer 0% APR at $950/monthly on 72 months loan. Awful experience.

I was contacted as soon as I clicked on "is this car still available". We made an appointment and were greeted promptly when we arrived. The car had been brought up to the front to display for us. Our salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful. Financing was easy. A great experience at AutoNation in North Richland Hills, TX
