I contacted them they were quick with response even got me approved, scheduled a time for test drive , got to the dealership, I wasn’t approved for the truck I wanted and showed me the truck I was approved for which was not the truck I drove an hour to see and work out a deal, a simple conversation telling me that I wasn’t approved for the truck I wanted instead of trying to bait and switch me by withholding information made me feel like I was intentionally lied to and attempted to manipulate me into a vehicle I didn’t , on top of the that the truck they showed me the rear doors wouldn’t even open lol overall I feel like I was lied to they chose to not be up front about the situation

Dealership list incorrect price for vehicle, to get you in the dealership, then added in fees. The actually had the listed price for the 2024 VW Atlas Sport R Prem Line for $4717, but tried to sell it to me for the 2025 sticker price of $56K. The GM called, offered $52K, I advised the price listed on CarGurus, is false advertisement. I found and purchased my vehicle, with a different dealership, for the same vehicle, for $47K.. I would not go to that dealership, plus my bank NFCU financed my vehicle, for much less.

Salesperson was helpful and prompt with communication. Buying process was good. The clean up process of the truck wasn't as good as it should have been. No reflection on the salesperson but the truck should have been cleaned with more detail.

Mo and Jay were awesome and super easy to work with. They’re extremely knowledgeable on their cars and very accommodating.

Several people check to see was car there and said yes. It was still showing on Internet but drove from Montgomery had a time schedule all sales people were in a meeting one sales person. And he told us when we got there the guy Sidney was off and the car had been gone. Awful experience

Fabulous. Miguel and “Shake” ( I am not sure how to properly spell this!) were wonderful. Very helpful with financing and great communication. Helpful without being pushy!
