To many add on fees. Had a great price advertised to get me in the door but had so many add ons that the price went back to the msrp

I hope that this review will prevent someone from being treated and/or ripped off like I was. I purchased a 2023 Tiguan from Perfect Auto on Monday, 4/20/26. I reached out to test drive a couple of vehicles. After some minor arguing over the financing (they tried to give me a higher % and tried to change the number of months I paid over as opposed to adjusting anything on their end), I purchased what I thought was a great deal. I test drove the car during the day and it turned dark as I drove home. A headlight alert came on. The next day, I noticed a missing panel on the front. I reached out via email and phone over multiple days, often being transferred form person to person with no answers. I asked for documentation of disclosure and after days of back and forth, was told they were not required to disclose that the lights were changed with off brand parts causing an alert or that parts were missing. The price to fix-$4000. They said they were not responsible. RUN AWAY!!!

Great service by Edwin and the manager. Answered all questions in person and emailed. I chose to purchase another vehicle but would go there again when shopping for a new one.
