GMC dealerships near me (Sugar Land, TX)

I had a very frustrating experience with this dealership. I reached out ahead of time to confirm that a specific truck was available, and they assured me it was on the lot. Based on that, I scheduled an appointment and made the trip out there. When I arrived, I was told the truck was actually at a different location. This was after I had already confirmed availability and set a time to come in. It ended up being a complete waste of my time. If you’re going to advertise a vehicle and set appointments, the least you can do is make sure the information you’re giving customers is accurate. Poor communication and lack of organization like this make it hard to trust doing business here.

Bought this 2019 Toyota Tundra last week from Bubba Alvarez at Finnegan's dealership in Rosenberg. It's a great truck and got it at a great price! Appreciate everything Bubba did to get it all done and how quickly I was able to close the sale and get back on the road after flying out from Mississippi to pick it up! Great experience overall, highly recommend!

Everything great but the price was different

The staff was great. John was transparent in pricing with no dealer add ons. My only thing was this particular vehicle was not available. It had major issues but is still listed as available. They tried to sell me other vehicles in the process but I was not interested in them.

Salesperson was knowledgeable and friend. Would buy a car from dealership if found something I like in the right condition. This vehicle had a few issues that were not disclosed in the listing

For the second time, I got rail roaded at Demon-trond. False communication, deceptive offers and lack of transparency. Carvwas never available and promises to dind a replacement never fulfilled. Find somewhere else to buy. This was the second crappy experience I've here. Forgiveness meant nothing to them.

I don’t really know if vehicle available… technically the communication stated available. However asked for ball park range for leasing before wasting their time or mine and multiple times told would get back to me but never did…. So no follow up and not able to leave much of a review ‍♂️

Good service

They confirm the car was available, I drove 30 miles for nothing, when i got there, they said we just sold the car, but we have more available.
