I made an appointment to look at 2 pre owned vehicles. Salesperson was late to meet me and could only find one of the vehicles. Left me sitting at the desk for 15 minutes while looking for it. Never found it. Second appointment more prepared but manager’s lowest quoted price was $3k more than the he had listed it on Car Guru the very same day.

Response was fast. Ben was helpful and courteous, he even helped me locate some RPO codes I was interested in for options on the vehicle. Test drive was good and a good distance to feel out the vehicle. There were a couple cosmetic issues that were in the pictures but not obvious. Took a lunch break to think it over, was not pressured to make a decision. Would have walked away if they had. Ended up purchasing the Yukon Xl Denali, and I’m happy with the vehicle and felt the price was competitive. They treated me well.

Worked with Micheal friendly guy straight forward new what I wanted didn’t try and push something more expensive . Handle everything from start to finish in one evening . Will ship again thanks
