After a smooth test-drive I spoke with Brian again and mentioned my concern about the left front tire (worn and not identical with the right). He offered to replace it with a new, matching tire + get the brake pads tested or updated. Did so the very next day and I bought the vehicle. Pedro finalised the paperwork.
